Holiday Orders

The last day to place an online order to guarantee receipt before Christmas is December 19, 2024 for destinations in Ontario and December 13, 2024 everywhere else.

Please note that we will also be open until 3pm on December 24th so you can also place an order for curbside pick-up or stop by the store to do any last minute shopping!

Remember, you can also add Gift Wrapping to your order and your gifts will be delivered to you gift wrapped!

 

Holiday Return Policy

The return/exchange date for holiday gifts is Friday, January 10, 2025.

Product returned must be in unused, saleable condition. If you are the receiver of the gift, the item must be returned with an accompanying gift receipt and a store credit will be provided to use on another Zest Kitchen Shop purchase. Refunds are not provided to the recipient of the gift.

If the purchaser is returning the item, they have the option of returning for a full refund or a store credit. Refunds will only be given to the purchaser with an accompanying original receipt.

 

Standard Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada! Our shipping rates are as follows:

Ontario & Quebec:
Over $150 – Free
Under $150 - $20 flat rate

Western & Eastern Canada:
Over $200 – Free
Under $200 - $25 flat rate

Northern Canada:
Over $250 – Free
Under $250 - $30 flat rate

Your order will be processed within 2 days of being received. For your protection, a signature may be required upon delivery of your order.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to items that don't meet regular shipping requirements (ie. oversized, extra-heavy items).

 

In-store Pick-up

If your order is placed during our hours of operation, it will be ready for pick-up in approximately 2-3 hours from the time the order is placed (sometimes less). In general, orders placed after 3pm will be ready for pick-up the next business day. You will receive an email from us to notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.

 

Standard Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem with your purchase, you may return your item to Zest Kitchen Shop for a store credit or refund provided it is in unused, saleable condition. We do not refund or exchange used or damaged items, items missing packaging, special orders, items marked as Final Sale or Clearance, seasonal items (ie. Christmas) or food or perishable items.

Returns and exchanges at our store must be done within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt. If you are the receiver of a gift purchased from Zest, the item must be returned with an accompanying gift receipt and a store credit will be provided to use on another Zest Kitchen Shop purchase. 

All items purchased from the webstore must be returned within 14 days from the date the order is delivered for a refund. Returns past our time guidelines are at the discretion of the management, and need to be pre-approved prior to shipping. Please note that all shipping fees are not refundable. 

Unless arranged by management, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Zest Kitchen Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please return the items to Zest Kitchen Shop in the same condition they were sent to you. Pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help minimize the risk of damage during shipping. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
