A complex herbal base character of spearmint, thyme and rosemary round out this rather savoury non-alcoholic spirit.

Seedlip takes six weeks to make & involves bespoke maceration, copper pot distillation, blending & filtration for each individual ingredient. It is then blended & bottled in England.

Sample recipe: Apple Highball

• Seedlip Garden 108: 2 oz
• Unfiltered Apple Juice: 1 oz
• Lemon Juice: 1⁄2 oz
• Maple Syrup: 1⁄2 oz
• Soda Water: 3 oz

Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker w/ ice. Shake & strain into a chilled highball glass. Top w/ soda water & add fresh ice. Garnish w/ an apple slice.
