The large jelly roll pan measures 14-3/4 by 9-3/4 by 1-Inch. Dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life. Oven safe to 450 Degree F / 232 Degree C; not intended to be used under the broiler. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used.
